Professional Fire Protection Services in Solihull and the West Midlands

When defects are identified within an existing fire door, complete replacement may not always be necessary.

Our Fire Door Remediation service focuses on addressing appropriate defects within existing doorsets and helping bring them back to the required standard.

Depending on the condition of the door, this can include issues relating to gaps, seals, ironmongery, frames and other components.

Professional inspections help identify defects that could affect how effectively a fire door performs.

Our Fire Door Inspection service assesses existing doorsets and identifies where maintenance, remediation or replacement work may be required.

We can support homeowners and landlords as well as schools, universities, businesses and organisations responsible for larger premises or multiple fire doors.

Regular use, damage and general wear can affect the condition of a fire door over time.

Our Fire Door Maintenance service helps customers throughout Solihull address defects and keep existing fire doors in suitable working condition.

Where more significant issues are identified, our team can advise whether remediation or replacement would be the most appropriate next step.

Alongside our fire door services, Flynn’s provides specialist Passive Fire Protection and fire stopping services throughout Solihull.

Passive fire protection helps restrict the spread of fire and smoke through a building by maintaining effective compartmentation.

Our team holds Blue Sky Firestopping Installation certification and can support residential, commercial and education projects requiring professional fire stopping works.
